In the Kitchen

As promised, I am going to post the Asian Marinade Sauce that I use for my salads.

Asian Marinade Recipe
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tbsp Diced Fresh Basil
A pinch of Dried Oregano
Salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp Water

How to make
Place a small sauce pan on low heat, pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.

Stir continuously, then add the honey.

Continue to stir and add the basil and oregano.

Pour the water in to dilute the marinade.

Put as much salt and pepper you desire.

Pour on dish/salad/rice.

Super easy and super delicious with any kind of meat and veggies!

safe with soup and salad

Usually when I don't know what to eat, I often cook fried rice.
But since I'm on this stupid special diet, I can only resort to soup and salad.

Mixed greens with caramelized onions, mushrooms, corn, and asparagus in an Asian marinade sauce.
Corn, peas and tomato soup.

I think my salad making skills are improving :)
