If you're looking for a relaxing family weekend getaway, I highly recommend Sava Villas at Phang Nga, Thailand. The area is about a 30 min. drive north from Phuket and is slightly less commercialized...for the time being. Our family spent a long weekend there and I must say the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the sleek modern architecture and interior design, but what really topped it off was the service. We received exceptional service from the minute we walked through the door! Two very sweet ladies and a chef came to pamper us each day of our stay, and the food was delicious! Check out the photos below. We haven't had a complete family trip ever since we all started working and having kids, but we were fortunate enough to get most of us together recently for this one (all except for Courtney, boo) so it was extra special. You can only imagine how the dynamics change with a ridiculously cute grandchild around. :)
