Kaleidoscope

I'm not usually someone who takes hours to get ready. I don't put make up on everyday and usually let my hair air dry (simply because I am too lazy to do both!). But some days are rough... I stare at my closet and say "I don't have anything to wear!".. and I know some of you know exactly what i mean :)

I like to stick to a few pieces of jewelry, and mix basic tops with colorful and printed items. These Kaleidoscope shorts is one of my favorite finds from TopShop! They're bright and funky enough to wear with minimal accessories. I don't see it on their online store anymore but they carry many other fun printed shorts. I also found these circle sunnies in a thrift store! Yay to good finds!

Baby Style

It's funny - once you have kids, you realize that you don't shop for yourself anymore and most of your time (and money!) is spent buying stuff for your kiddos. I had a tough time finding cute kids stuff in Hong Kong, so I ended up shopping for my babies at places where I shop myself - H&M, Zara, and Gap have cute and reasonably priced pieces for kids, and sometimes I'll buy stuff online from the US as well. It's fun putting together little outfits once in a while and luckily Maddie is still a willing participant in my styling "experiments"!

interiors

Last Sunday, we closed our laptops, gathered a stack of books at Barnes and Nobles and just read till the sun set. It was so much fun! I picked up some magazines but mostly enjoyed my time browsing interior design books. I wanted to share some spaces that I found the past week from my activities and from pinterest/books!
This awesome kitchen and bathroom belongs to the amazing space at the unique space that I got to see in person when I went to take a designlovefest workshop this weekend. If you need a place to host a party, definitely check them out!
Lovin the white tiles and shelves at juice served here. The juice is very good too ;)
I want this now!!! Great trunk, statue, posters and of course.. the record player - found in a book (forgot which one)

Next decor post will be about Ikea hacks :)
